The Venango County Housing Unit is the Coordinated Entry Center location for Venango County. Coordinated Entry is a system to enter people experiencing homelessness into a data base to make prioritization decisions based upon those needs for available HUD funding within the 20-county Western Community of Care.
Coordinated entry is a process developed to ensure that all people experiencing a housing crisis have fair and equal access and are quickly identified, assessed for, referred, and connected to housing and assistance based on their strengths and needs.
