Employment Service Programs

Life Coach Program

Venango County Human Services has identified the necessity for a Life Coach Program that assists emerging (transitional) adults, ages 17 to 26, and adults in becoming independent members of the community.

The goal for this voluntary program is to offer support and to help participants develop the competencies they need for self-sufficiency. Life Coaches are certified to make assessments and a plan of action that is customized to the needs of the individual. Here is the mission statement to govern the activities of the program:

"Partnering with people in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires emerging adults to maximize their professional and personal potential."
