The Venango County Regional Planning Commission (VCRPC) assists local municipalities in the day-to-day functions related to subdivision, land development, and grant applications, and works with communities to protect their natural environments.

Need financial relief?
COVID-19 Rent/Mortgage/Utility (RMU) Program
Funds are available for residents living in portions of Venango County outside of Franklin and Oil City limits. This program is designed to provide assistance to residents who have lost income as a direct result of the COVID-19 pandemic by offering up to three months of financial relief from rent, mortgage, and utility payments. Residents must have low-to-moderate income and be able to provide supplemental documentation. Please visit the community development page for more information.
