Community Abuse Response Team (CART)
The Community Abuse Response Team offers office-based individual victim and offender treatment and groups.

Case coordination provides resource linkage to the community and to providers who are navigating the system for support for substance abuse recovery.

Drug & Alcohol Outpatient
During outpatient treatment, a drug and alcohol counselor gives, scores, and records initial screening tests for drug addicts and alcoholics. A counselor records client history and creates treatment plans.

Home Modifications
Adaptations and modifications are made to improve consumer safety, increase functioning, and to assist in the provision of care to a consumer in their home.

Mental Health Outpatient
Mental health outpatient treatment includes individual, group, or family counseling with a therapist who works on an identified mental health concern.

Mobile Meds
The Mobile Meds program provides support to adults to manage medical and psychiatric medications while remaining in their homes or in the community.

PERS provides an emergency response through the use of electronic equipment between a person’s home and the Response Center.
